What should I wear?

• We always recommend dressing comfortably, especially for our Spa Day Package.  

What are your operating hours?

• Our spa is open Tuesday, Friday & Saturday 10am - 6pm, Wednesday & Thursday 10am - 7pm, closed Sunday and Monday. Please check our website, google, or call us for holiday hours.

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

• Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service.

What is your cancellation policy?

• We require 24 hour notice for cancellation. Refunds will only be given if canceled prior to the 24 hour mark. All refunds have a 6% reimbursement fee. 

Are walk-ins accepted?

• Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed. Booking in advance is encouraged.

Do you offer gift cards?

• Yes, gift cards are available and can be purchased online or at the spa.

How long are the sessions?

• Salt Cave sessions are 45 minutes. 
• Sauna sessions are 30 or 45 minutes. 
• Lymphatic Compression and Cocoon are 30 minutes. 
• HydroMassage and Zen Den are 15 or 30 minutes. 
• Red Light Therapy is 40 minutes. 
• Float Therapy is 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

• Members receive discounted services, priority booking and free cancellations with notice. 

Are there any cancellation policies for memberships?

• Yes, memberships require30 day notice for cancellation to avoid additional charges and require a 3 month commitment at sign up. 

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

• Memberships are non-transferable but you can share them with friends and family!
