Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, has a rich history dating back centuries. Its origins can be traced to Eastern Europe, where people noticed the healing effects of salt caves and salt mines. The term "halotherapy" itself comes from the Greek word "halos," meaning salt.
Halotherapy was first documented in ancient times when early healers and philosophers recognized the therapeutic properties of salt. The healing powers of salt caves were known to the ancient Greeks and Romans, who used them to alleviate various respiratory and skin conditions.
In Eastern Europe, salt miners were found to have remarkably few respiratory issues and skin ailments, despite their harsh working conditions. This discovery led to the development of salt therapy as a formal treatment in the 19th century.
Today, halotherapy has evolved into a holistic wellness practice, with salt rooms and salt generators designed to recreate the benefits of natural salt caves in a controlled environment. Want to learn more? https://bit.ly/3vn33sC

There are no harmful side effects. The treatment is completely natural. A slight cough or a runny nose is possible, and some people might experience a mild tickle in the throat or an increase in coughing due to excess mucus buildup, but this is simply the indication of salt therapy working to remove mucus and toxins from the lungs and airways.
Dry salt therapy is completely safe. It is a 100% natural, drug-free non-invasive wellness ritual with no side effects or potential health hazards. If an individual has any questions or concerns regarding any current medical or other conditions, please consult wiht you healthcare professional prior to booking.
Some people are concerned about the intake of salt because of issues relating to diet, high blood pressure, and hypertension. This type of salt intake is connected to the digestive tract. Dry salt therapy is different as it is associated wih the respiratory system. When inhaled, the amount of micro salt particles entering your respiratory system is extremely low, so it doesnt present any risk to your health. It kills bacteria, reduces inflammation, and expands airways.
While there are many clinical and scientific studies conducted on dry salt therapy (halotherapy) throughout the world, the FDA has not evaluated the statements made by the Salt Therapy Association. Dry salt therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Dry salt therapy is not intended to replace any medications or treatments.
