Our Salt Cave is a communal wellness space designed for deep relaxation, respiratory support, and quiet reflection. To preserve the healing environment for all guests:
This is an electronics-free, silent sanctuary. By embracing stillness, you allow yourself—and others—the full benefit of halotherapy and mental reset.
Thank you for respecting the peace. Let’s breathe better, together.
Whether you're popping in for a lunch break reset or unwinding after a long day, come as you are—there’s no special dress code required.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to relax. The dry salt in the air won’t damage or stain your clothes.
If you're visiting for skin-related relief (such as eczema or psoriasis), we suggest wearing shorts and a tank top to expose more skin to the therapeutic salt particles.
🌡️ The cave stays between 68–70°F to mimic the natural climate of a salt mine. While many find this temperature calming, we also provide blankets upon request if you're sensitive to cooler environments.
Come cozy, come casual—just come ready to breathe deeply and relax completely.

Salt Therapy's Ancient Origins
Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, has a deep-rooted history that spans centuries. Originating in Eastern Europe, this therapeutic practice began when people discovered the remarkable healing effects of natural salt caves and mines. The word "halotherapy" is derived from the Greek word "halos," meaning salt, reflecting its ancient connections.
Ancient Healing Practices
The therapeutic use of salt was first documented in ancient times when early healers and philosophers observed the health benefits of salt. Ancient Greeks and Romans recognized the power of salt caves, using them to treat a variety of respiratory and skin conditions, laying the foundation for what we now call halotherapy.
Eastern European Traditions and Discoveries
In the 19th century, salt therapy became more formalized, thanks to discoveries in Eastern Europe. Salt miners in this region were found to suffer from significantly fewer respiratory and skin issues despite their challenging work environments. This observation led to the development of salt therapy as a recognized treatment, leveraging the natural properties of salt for health benefits.
Modern Advancements in Halotherapy
Today, salt therapy has transformed into a popular holistic wellness practice. Modern salt rooms and advanced salt generators mimic the natural environment of salt caves, allowing people to enjoy the therapeutic benefits in a controlled, comfortable setting. Explore the modern evolution of halotherapy and how it can enhance your well-being.

Based on your condition and symptoms, this can vary. For best results, we recommend a series of treatments. Some individuals prefer to use dry salt therapy as a continuous preventative measure.
There are no harmful side effects. The treatment is completely natural. A slight cough or a runny nose is possible, and some people might experience a mild tickle in the throat or an increase in coughing due to excess mucus buildup, but this is simply the indication of salt therapy working to remove mucus and toxins from the lungs and airways.
Dry salt therapy is completely safe. It is a 100% natural, drug-free non-invasive wellness ritual with no side effects or potential health hazards. If an individual has any questions or concerns regarding any current medical or other conditions, please consult wiht you healthcare professional prior to booking.
Some people are concerned about the intake of salt because of issues relating to diet, high blood pressure, and hypertension. This type of salt intake is connected to the digestive tract. Dry salt therapy is different as it is associated wih the respiratory system. When inhaled, the amount of micro salt particles entering your respiratory system is extremely low, so it doesnt present any risk to your health. It kills bacteria, reduces inflammation, and expands airways.
While there are many clinical and scientific studies conducted on dry salt therapy (halotherapy) throughout the world, the FDA has not evaluated the statements made by the Salt Therapy Association. Dry salt therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Dry salt therapy is not intended to replace any medications or treatments. Any health issues should be treated by a licensed medical professional any further questions relating to halotherapy should be directed to your physician.
